Paramedics are quick to respond to a call of a man suffering burns after a firework accidentally got caught in his hood. The paramedics worry for the patient as he suffers from serious burns and a potential serious injury to his eye. Elsewhere, paramedics attend to an elderly couple and quickly realise the patient is suffering from heart attack. For the very first time, an ambulance has been rigged with cameras that provide a unique perspective on what it's like to respond to emergency calls. 'Inside The Ambulance' follows paramedics from the West Midlands Ambulance Service in England as they take us right into the heart of the action.
