That woman was Victoria Zalava, a registered nurse and a familiar face to law enforcement. Surveillance footage shows her walking in around 7:45 AM, removing the original tags from large, costly plants, and hiding them under cheaper ones. Just 16 minutes later, she attempted to check out, leaving the real tags behind. When questioned, Victoria claimed she thought she was “allowed” to remove the tags for larger items.
