Spaulding Drive. The spot sat on University of Tampa grounds. He came for a DUI probe. Witnesses said the Hyundai driver, 22-year-old Ainsley Fitzgerald, sped wrong-way past a Do Not Enter sign. She toppled a bunch of cones. Baar chatted with her and spotted drunk clues. Alcohol stench hit his nose. Ainsley admitted to one glass of wine that night. He had her step out for sobriety tests. First up: Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus eye check. Then Walk and Turn. She skipped heel-to-toe touches. Her spin went sloppy. Last came One Leg Stand. Her foot stayed low.
