When they observed two subjects on a dock, one fishing with a rod and reel, while the other man was overseeing a small pedal boat. After asking for their ID's it was discovered that one of the men had active warrants for Failure to Pay Child Support. It was also discovered that the man had a .22 caliber pistol, in his pocket.
