Michael Losurdo and Police Officer Matthew Bonanno responded to CVS, 59 Washington St., on reports of a shoplifting. When they arrived, officers saw a man, later identified as 57-year-old Howard Jones of Jersey City, who fit the description of the actor outside the store. Jones was placed under arrest. An on-scene investigation revealed Jones tried to take items worth a total of approximately $135 and then tried to leave without paying before he was stopped by store security.
