buymeacoffee.com/BlueLineLens On July 29, 2025, at approximately 3:15 p.m., Sgt. Wilfredo Gomez was on detail at Church Square Park when he heard a loud bang coming from the area of Fourth Street and Park Avenue. He observed an individual he could identify as a 51-year-old male of Hoboken, hit an SUV on the rear driver's side. The car drove off, but Quintana continued to yell at passersby and patrons of a nearby outdoor restaurant. Police Officer William Oquendo arrived on the scene to assist. He continued to yell and curse at people walking by, despite being told to stop his conduct. He was arrested for disorderly conduct, transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters, processed, and ultimately released with a summons. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. #disorderly #news #newjersey
