On June 12, 2024, Roswell Police Officer Irvin stopped a vehicle for speeding. The 28-year-old woman denied drinking and blamed the smell of alcohol on her perfume. She then makes a shocking statement that she knows Officer Irvin because he had administered field sobriety tests to her during a previous traffic stop. She had to be physically assisted in stepping out of her vehicle and she then performed some of the worse field sobriety tests ever. At one point in the encounter, Officer Irvin tells her to stop being overdramatic. She refused to consent to an evidential breath test. Her charges are discussed at the end of the video. Her case is still open and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
