During the investigation, the police arrested a 33-year-old male of West New York, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)], Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to the police, Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A], Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. He was also found to have 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s office with no bail. He was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. #shoplifting #crime #news
