On August 21, 2020, when Trooper Johnson was conducting traffic patrol on the Garden State Parkway Northbound at Mile Post 164.5 in Paramus, he observed a 2019 Audi driven by Gina Ciolino speed past him at 98 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. The vehicle immediately stopped after he activated his lights. He asked the driver for her license, and subsequently cited her for speeding and careless driving.
