Olivia Morrow in the DWI Arrest Video of Karina Armando: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hqRnvMBDFtw Around 10:56 AM on October 28, 2022, Patrolman Corey Kunzer of the Stanhope Police Department observed a 2016 Kia Optima being driven at 71 MPH in a 50 MPH zone on Route 206 in Stanhope, New Jersey. He proceeded to initiate a traffic stop, and made contact with 23-year-old Olivia Morrow. Olivia told him that she was heading home after working as a CLA at a hospital. Patrolman Kunzer took her license, registration, and insurance, and ran her documents through the system. Instead of citing her for speeding 71 MPH in a 55 MPH zone, he decided to give her a break and only gave her a 0-point ticket for Improper Display/Unclear Plates under 39:3-33. Court records indicate that Olivia pleaded guilty on November 20, 2022 and paid a total of $56.65 in fines. Super. 13, the Appellate Division of the Superior Court has also affirmed the right to film law enforcement interactions.
