On May 6, 2025, at approximately 11:42 a.m., officers responded to a verbal disturbance involving a female subject operating a golf cart. The subject was observed yelling at a parking attendant and appeared to be impaired. Officers instructed her to legally park the golf cart and step out of the vehicle. She initially complied but attempted to re-enter the cart twice, prompting officers to place her in handcuffs. The subject was identified and advised of her Miranda rights. When asked if she understood, she smiled without answering. She was placed in a patrol vehicle and transported to the detention facility. While waiting for the elevator, the subject made verbal threats toward one of the officers. Upon arrival in the DUI processing room, she was again read her Miranda rights. She acknowledged but declined to answer questions and refused to perform standardized field sobriety exercises. She was issued a Taylor warning and still refused. After being read implied consent, the subject agreed to provide a breath sample. A 20-minute observation period began at 12:37 p.m. During that time, she made further threatening remarks. At 1:02 p.m. and 1:05 p.m., she submitted two breath samples, both reading 0.282 g/210L. The subject was informed of the results and turned over to jail staff without further incident. She signed the DUI citation and acknowledged her court date. She was charged with the following offenses: Driving Under the Influence (BAL .15 or higher, first offense) Corruption by Threat to a Public Servant or Their Family Resisting an Officer Without Violence Threats to Law Enforcement #bodycam #police #cops #bwc #policebodycamera #copcam #copcar #arrest #arrested #bwc #BodycamFootage #TrafficStop #PoliceResponse #IncidentCaughtOnCamera #LawEnforcementVideo #PublicDisturbance #OfficialFootage #NeighborhoodIncident #CameraFootage #floridapolice 📢 Legal & Content Disclaimer The individuals featured in this video are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
