Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: At 1:48 a.m. on April 6, 2025, Plainsboro Township Patrolman David Bowen saw a white 2017 Toyota Corolla swerve on southbound Route 1 near Scudders Mill Road. He hit his lights for a stop. The driver veered left, then center, and pulled over in the right lane south of Mapleton Road. Bowen approached the Toyota. The driver was 23-year-old Olivia Dominguez. She handed over a suspended license. No registration or insurance proof. While talking, he smelled booze. He saw signs of impairment too. Olivia said she left North Bergen for her boyfriend's place near Atlantic City. She admitted to drinks that night. Suspecting drunk driving, he called her out for sobriety tests. Corporal Atkinson and Patrolman O’Brien showed up to help. Bowen began with Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus. He noted 4 of 6 impairment clues. Next came Walk and Turn. Olivia missed heel-to-toe touches. Wrong step count. Arms swung out. Last was One Leg Stand. She dropped her foot. Balance failed. Erratic drive, booze smell, her admission, poor tests—all added up. Bowen arrested Olivia for DUI. He put her in the patrol car. Towed her ride for 12 hours under John’s Law. Then drove her to Plainsboro station. There, he read the motor vehicle statement. She agreed to breath tests. Alcotest showed 0.170% BAC—over twice the 0.08% limit. Done with tests, her boyfriend picked her up after signing liability warning. Court date set. Citations hit her: operating under influence, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to keep right, traffic on marked lanes, nearest right lane fail, no driver registration, no insurance card, suspended license drive, no inspection, inspection law violation, no liability insurance, obstructed windshield. Court files show another ticket August 17, 2025. Driving with suspended registration in Wall Township, NJ. That car racked up dozens of parking tickets in North Bergen and Hoboken. Olivia also has an open urinating in public fine from Seaside Heights on May 29, 2022.
